Before your dog starts logging miles, we make sure they’re not just excited… but actually ready.
This one-on-one consultation lets us get to know your dog’s running style—pace, leash manners, energy level, and overall fitness. We’ll also check comfort on roads, paths, and riverwalk routes so every run is safe, smart, and fun (for everyone involved).
Required before scheduling any runs.
A Dog Runner Agreement must be signed prior to your dog’s first run.
Think of this as a meet-and-sniff with purpose—because tired dogs are great, but well-matched runs are even better.
Because “my dog loves to run” and “my dog should run” are not always the same thing.
A 40-minute run is a great way to help your dog burn off some energy! Start with a 5–10 minute warm-up, then run for about 20–25 minutes, and finish with a 5–10 minute cool-down. How fast we really go depends on your dog’s breed, size, weight, and fitness level—so we go at a pace that’s comfortable for them.
A 60-minute run is a great way to help your dog burn off some energy! Start with a 10-15 minute warm-up, then run for about 25-30 minutes, and finish with a 10-15 minute cool-down. How fast we really go depends on your dog’s breed, size, weight, and fitness level—so we go at a pace that’s comfortable for them.
